1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Surejab Career Simulator platform operated by Obrro Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Surejab Career Simulator is an online learning platform that provides career training through structured courses, video lessons, hands-on labs, stakeholder simulations, and capstone projects. All content is delivered digitally.
3. Subscription and Pricing
We offer three subscription tiers: Starter (£29/month), Professional (£149.99 one-time), and Bootcamp (£249.99 one-time). Each subscription is a single user licence. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Sharing your subscription constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.
4. Single User Licence
Each subscription provides a licence for one individual user only. Concurrent access from multiple devices or locations may be monitored. If we detect that an account is being shared with multiple users, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, video lessons, lab exercises, simulation scenarios, scoring rubrics, and platform design are the intellectual property of Obrro Limited. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
7. Portfolio Exports
Professional and Bootcamp subscribers may export portfolio deliverables they create during courses. These exports are for your personal and professional use, including job applications and interviews. You retain ownership of original work you produce on the platform.
8. Certificates
Certificates of completion are awarded upon finishing all modules within a course. Certificates represent completion of the training programme and are not accredited qualifications. Misrepresenting the nature of a Surejab certificate is prohibited.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Starter plan subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time payment plans (Professional and Bootcamp) are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase or after completing more than 20% of any course content, whichever occurs first.
10. Limitation of Liability
Surejab Career Simulator is a training platform. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. The platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Obrro Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
